Adam Lynch - Senior Associate
Adam is an experienced litigator who defends claims brought against hospitals, nursing homes, medical clinics, physicians, and medical staff. He handles matters from pre-suit investigations through post-trial motions and appeals in state and federal courts.
Adam also advises clients on technology-related issues, especially those involving Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). He has published several articles addressing the legal implications of UAV technology and has presented his research before a regional chamber of commerce. Adam has also taught a Continuing Legal Education course for attorneys on regulatory issues concerning UAVs.
Prior to law school, Adam worked in the claims department for one of the United States’ largest property and casualty insurance companies. After gaining experience in the insurance industry, he attended the University at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, Adam was the Executive Business Editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal and an executive board member of the law school’s moot court board. He was also awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy in moot court. After law school, Adam worked for several years at two large regional law firms handling litigation matters and internal investigations on behalf of individual clients, healthcare systems, and Fortune 500 companies.
