Jeff Wieczkowski - Partner
For over twenty years, Jeffrey Wieczkowski has represented physicians, health care professions, and hospitals in all aspects of civil litigation and disciplinary proceedings. He has successfully tried numerous cases for physicians to verdict. Jeffrey’s success stems from understanding the significant duty he has for his clients and his conscientious and diligent preparation during all phases of the litigation. Jeffrey has also represented individuals and corporations in general negligence matters, including motor vehicle accidents.
Jeffrey received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo and his law degree from Syracuse University, cum laude, where is served as an Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. Jeffrey has lectured on many topics including conducting and defending depositions, expert testimony, and evidentiary issues at trial.
