Julie Bargnesi - Partner
In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Julie Bargnesi is also a registered nurse and her practice focuses on the representation of health care providers including acute care facilities, long-term care facilities, physicians and allied health care professionals. With the benefit of a prior career in medicine, she is familiar with the substance and nuance of every medical claim. The organization consists of corporate and insurance defense counsel. She also sits on the board of the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation having been appointed by NY Governor Andrew Cuomo.
